Mr. Reddy holds a degree in Master of Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai. He was amongst IBM’s top researchers and development scientists in Delhi, inventing and pioneering some of the country’s most ground-breaking solutions for large enterprise distribution systems.

M. Venkateswara Reddy

CEO & Managing Director

CEO & Managing Director Venkateswara Reddy is one of the founding members of Merusri Developers. Venkat holds a degree in Master of Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai. He went on to become one of IBM’s top researchers and development scientists in Delhi, inventing and pioneering some of the country’s most ground-breaking solutions for large enterprise distribution systems. Unpleasant personal experiences led Venkat to identify himself with hundreds of other Indian citizens, who find themselves trapped in the hassle filled world of real estate. This served to be the turning point in his career, as Venkat ultimately quit his job at IBM, and set out to lay the foundation to his entrepreneurial brainchild, Merusri Developers, to bring to fellow Indians, a happier real estate experience.

Venkat has patented close to 13 inventions in the field of computer science in addition to publishing around 15 research papers. He was presented the prestigious Invention Achievement Award by IBM, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the subject of computer science.

Venkat currently lives in Bangalore, with his wife and two children.
