Mr. Venkateswara Reddy is the CEO, Managing Director & one of the founding members of Merusri Developers. Mr. Reddy holds a degree in Master of Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai. He was amongst IBM’s top researchers and development scientists in Delhi, inventing and pioneering some of the country’s most ground-breaking solutions for large enterprise distribution systems.

The modus operandi of purchasing a property has been very tedious, leading to a gloomy customer experience in the real estate sector. A similar kind of experience compelled Mr. Venkateswara Reddy to quit his job at IBM and set out to lay the foundation for his entrepreneurial brainchild, Merusri Developers, to bring fellow Indians, a happier real estate experience.

The cryptic nature of the real estate industry stood as a barrier for the investors who were frustrated by the lack of transparency in the business. Our founder Venkateswara Reddy- a scientist/researcher from IBM set out to fix this issue. Merusri was born of this need. Acknowledging the fact that the risks involved were too high, especially in what should be a safe yet lucrative business, he moved out to find a solution that protects both developers and buyers.

M. Venkateswara Reddy, one of the founding members of Merusri Developers, is a visionary leader committed to reshaping the real estate landscape. Holding a Master of Science degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, M. Venkateswara Reddy began his illustrious career at IBM, where he became one of the company’s top researchers and development scientists. His innovative work in large enterprise distribution systems solidified his reputation for excellence. With 13 patents in computer science and 15 published research papers, M. Venkateswara Reddy was honored with IBM’s prestigious Invention Achievement Award. However, personal experiences in navigating the real estate market prompted him to transition from his distinguished career at IBM to founding Merusri Developers, with the mission of creating a seamless and joyful real estate experience for Indian homebuyers. Today, M. Venkateswara Reddy leads Merusri Developers with a commitment to innovation, continuing to elevate industry standards. He resides in Bangalore with his wife and two children.
